We provide residential (guesthouse) and business accommodation for our clients in form of owned guesthouses, serviced apartments and non-serviced apartments through our sister company Modex
Services and Supply Limited.
We also have working relationships with major hotels and guesthouses in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. This makes it easy for us to make reservations for our clients in these cities. A list of hotels and guesthouses with which we have relationships can be provided on request.

Modex Guesthouse
Modex Guest House is located
15minutes from the Muritala Mohammed International and Local
airport, in a serene and secure area of Ajao estate. The
guesthouse facilities include 14 Superior Rooms, 8 Executive
Rooms and 6 Classic Rooms.
The guesthouse comes with a fully equipped, state-of-the-art
bar/lounge for guests’ relaxation (seats 70 people) and a
Continental Restaurant which seats 50 people.
All rooms are equipped with multiple satellite stations and DVDs
are available for guests who want to watch preferred movies from
our DVD library.
Internet facility is available to guests anywhere within the
guesthouse thru our wireless access. Local and international
phone calls, fax machine and photocopier are also available for
guests.
The guesthouse is also equipped with a gym to enable guests keep
fit during their stay with us.
Guests are being catered for by a team of resident
experienced cooks and stewards and national and continental
meals are available. We have a good power source as we are on a
transformer being shared amongst only 4 other houses and should
there be power failure, our 150KVA generator and a 110KVA backup
are available to provide constant power.
24hour security by a reputable security company as well as armed
mobile police provides adequate security for our guests to have
their peace of mind while with us.
Modex guesthouse is by reservation only and is open to corporate
bodies and a few known or introduced individuals.
