Modex Meeting Room

Modex Meeting Room is your one stop shop for total business operations. We have completely serviced office facilities which are perfect for:

• Start-up businesses
• Expanding businesses that have outgrown their current space
• Supporting your current business
• Operating away from home

We will add an air of respectability and professionalism to your new or existing venture. Our staff can make running your business simpler, easier and world class.

 
Services

• Room Rentals: Well furnished conference / training and meeting rooms to a capacity of 50 people (or more depending on sitting arrangements) are available for daily rentals.

• Serviced Offices: Our serviced and furnished offices (2 – 5 man) are available for short term use. These are ideal for start-up businesses who require a decent business environment. We also offer workstations (1 man shared –office) for businesses stationed out of Victoria Island but require a member of staff to be available to service clients on the Island. They also come in handy for new businesses and those in employment but are however considering starting up or running their businesses. Monthly and quarterly payment terms are available.

• Video conferencing: Our video conferencing facilities enable clients communicate in real time mode with business associates worldwide from our office without the hassle of travelling out of their immediate locations. It has the capability of interacting with 5 other locations in a conference mode.

• Virtual Office: The virtual office enables users enjoy the benefits of having a functioning office without moving from their present location. Subscribers would have priority access to our offices and meeting rooms. Services would include mail collection and forwarding, business address, incoming and outgoing fax, personalized phone number and call answering as well as call redirecting.

• Business Centre: MMR’s business centre provides administrative support for Virtual Office and serviced Office clients as well as other clients not registered with the Virtual Office. The Business Centre would provide top class services to all clients which will include but not limited to fax, photocopying, printing and data processing facilities

• Lounge Café: The business bar is opened to clients to allow for short meetings in a relaxed atmosphere with catering and bar facilities. It also serves as an excellent relaxation point for business networking.


Modex Catering Services

Modex also provides catering services for company staff canteens as well as work vessels, onshore and offshore rigs etc.

Our large workforce gives us the ability to rotate catering staff on a weekly basis in a bid to overcome the monotonous taste of food being experienced by most company staff which gives rise to their lack of interest in the canteen food.

Our groceries and other food stuff are gotten directly from farms all over the country with hygienic processing units to guaranty fresh and healthy end products.

Our staff includes but not limited to experienced and internationally trained chefs, diet superintendents who design our menus on a weekly basis to make sure that employees are being properly fed as well a variety of cooks with vast experience in the industry.

Catering for staff canteens within Lagos are prepared from our operations facility in Lagos under the supervision of our Quality Controls Supervisor.
