Accommodation Services

KHNL provides accommodation for its clients in form of owned guesthouses, serviced apartments and non-serviced apartments in various parts of Lagos .

We also have working relationships with major hotels and guesthouses in Lagos , Port Harcourt and Abuja . This makes it easy for us to make reservations for our clients in these cities. A list of hotels and guesthouses with which we have relationships can be provided on request.

Guesthouse: Modex guesthouse

Modex guesthouse is a transit home located in a serene part of Ajao estate, less than 10 minutes from both the local and international airports. Modex guesthouse is equipped with 15 rooms with all amenities that would make our guest comfortable.

We provide a variety of recreation for our guests in games, available in the bar.

All rooms are equipped with multiple satellite stations and DvDs are available for guests who want to watch preferred movies from our DVD library.

Internet facility is available to guests anywhere within the guesthouse thru our wireless access. Guests without computers are provided with notebooks to allow for continuity of their business or for pleasure. Local and international phone calls, fax machine and photocopier are also available for guests.

The guesthouse is also equipped with a gym to enable guests keep fit during their stay with us

Guests are being catered for by a team of resident experienced cooks and stewards and national and continental meals are available. We have a good power source as we are on a transformer being shared amongst only 4 other houses and should there be power failure, our 110KVA generator and a 60KVA backup are available to provide constant power.

24hour security by a reputable security company as well as armed mobile police provides adequate security for our guests to have their peace of mind while with us.

Modex guesthouse is by reservation only and is open to corporate bodies and a few known or introduced individuals.

Non-Serviced Apartments

A unit of four number three bedroom non-serviced apartments is being provided to one of our clients in Lekki phase I. This will remain occupied by the client till September 2008. A 100KVA generator and borehole with water treatment plant are provided with the apartments.

Serviced Apartments

Serviced apartments are provided on client's request. A five bedroom apartment is presently be serviced by KHNL for one of our clients. Provision and maintenance of soft furnishing forms part of our services provided to clients.

Another unit of two number three bedroom apartments with recreational facilities such as swimming pool, lawn tennis courts and club house is being developed in Lekki and would be completed by June 2008
